Counseling & Clinical Supervision
Healing begins with feeling understood.
Whether you are seeking counseling for yourself or professional supervision as you work toward clinical licensure, my goal is the same—to provide a safe, supportive environment where growth can occur.

For more than thirty-five years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, adults, families, and fellow professionals as they navigated life's challenges and discovered their strengths. I believe people are capable of remarkable growth when they feel supported, understood, and challenged in healthy ways.

Individual Therapy
Life can leave us carrying emotional wounds that continue to affect our relationships, confidence, and sense of peace long after difficult experiences have ended.
Together, we'll work to better understand your story, recognize the strengths you've already developed, and identify practical ways to move toward the life you want to live. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized because every person's journey is unique.
I work with individuals experiencing challenges related to:
-
Childhood trauma and adverse childhood experiences
-
Anxiety and stress
-
Depression
-
Life transitions
-
Self-esteem and identity
-
Relationship concerns
-
Grief and loss
-
Personal growth and resilience

Clinical Supervision
Supporting the next generation of therapists has become one of the greatest privileges of my career. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than thirty-five years of experience in child welfare, community mental health, leadership, and clinical practice, I provide supervision for master's-level clinicians working toward independent licensure. Supervision is more than completing hours. It is an opportunity to develop confidence, strengthen clinical judgment, deepen ethical decision-making, and grow into the therapist you aspire to become. My goal is to provide a supportive learning environment where questions are welcomed, strengths are recognized, and professional growth is encouraged.
